HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLLAR SIZE FOR MY DOG?

ARE OONALFIE'S DOG COLLARS BEST FOR SMALL OR LARGE DOGS?
Oonalfie adapts the design to be comfortable and safe for different sized breeds from Iris Wolf Hounds to Miniature Dachshunds. Both the collar clips and rope sizes are adjusted to ensure that our collars fit your dog comfortably and safely. Collars made fro smaller breeds will use a smaller clasp and thinner rope, whereas a larger clasp and thicker rope is used for larger breeds.
HOW LONG WILL DO YOUR DOG COLLARS LAST?
Most of our collars are still going strong at 5 years. We also offer a deep cleaning service and restoration package for your Oonalfie dog collar, to ensure it stays looking and working in tip top condition. We still have customers who's collars are near the 8 year mark and still looking and working great. Our solid bronze clasps, will not rust or tarnish.
IS ROPE DOG COLLAR BETTER THAN LEATHER ONE?
We use high grade marine rope to create all of our rope products. This rope is designed to be in and out of water and be durable against abrasion. We have researched not only the weave but the surface finish on many ropes but have chosen the one we use for it's silky soft touch and incredible resistance to wear. Leather, in contrast struggles in water and wet environments and unless regularly sealed, will begin to break down fibres within a few months of wear.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Our Oonalfie Designer Dog Accessories are bespoke made in Great Britain especially for you and your dog. This means that delivery can take up to two weeks during busy periods. That said, most our orders get shipped Tracked 48hrs.
CAN I GET MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?

HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER?
Simply add the voucher's details at the checkout. If you are ordering custom sizing, please email laura@oonalfie.com the size requirements and we will advise you of which collar to order through the website.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS WASHABLE?
Oonalfie collars and leads are hand wash only. Use warm water and a mild detergent. Leave to air dry. A soft brush can be useful for cleaning the clasps and other brass fittings.
Oona eiderdowns and pillows are machine washable at 30c. Please do not tumble dry.
Dog Bowls and human mugs - 24ct gold rimmed stoneware is hand wash only.
Our non gold rim ranged stoneware is dishwasher safe.
Oonalfie Settle Mats - Come with their own brush and cleaning instructions. Sponge wash the waterproof back of the mat, with a mild detergent. Once the mat is dry, use the brush provided to brush off hair and silt.
