RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please find below our Returns Policy. We’re sure you and your dog will be utterly delighted with your Oonalfie purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, please find our returns policy below.  

Orders Purchased between the 1st November - 24th December will have an extended return period to allow customers to return or exchange gifts until 14th January.

What items can be returned?
Any standard size collars, leads, bracelets, stoneware or bedding, provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging, may be returned. Please note that customised, bespoke or collars outside of our standard size collection cannot be returned. 

What will be refunded?
In the event that a return is eligible, we are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the product only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You have a total of 14 days to request to return an item. You (the customer) are responsible for the safe packaging and shipping of any returns. Please retain your proof of postage.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  1. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

  2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

  4. Click "Request return".

First Aid kits are non returnable due to the nature of the product and its contents.

EXCHANGES

Any standard size collars, leads, bracelets, stoneware or bedding, provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging, may be exchanged. 

You (the customer) are responsible for the safe packaging and shipping of any exchanges. Please retain your proof of postage.
