Luxury Bespoke Designed Dog Collars And Leads

With many years of experience under our belt, we understand that no two dogs (or their owners) are alike. Therefore some of our designs may need to be adjusted or completely re-designed to meet your individual taste or needs.  Because all our luxury rope dog collars and leads are designed and handcrafted in our Oxfordshire studio, we are able to easily produce bespoke pieces, that see your dreams become a reality.

 The Materials and Skills We Use

For your peace of mind and your dog's safety, we use only high grade marine rope that is silky to touch but in durablity out performs most other materials.  Designs are finished with non rusting, solid brass and solid bronze hardware to ensure your collars and leads last a lifetime. 

About The Bespoke Ordering Process

Step 1: Get in touch with by email or by phone (Mon, Wednesday-Friday between 10am-6pm).  We are also happy to do video consultations if needed.  It's great if you can share images or sketches to help explain your idea but equally if you need us to create a unique piece, sometimes just an initial design chat, gets the ball rolling.

Step 2: Once we have an idea of the materials and time your design will take, we will provide you with a breakdown of costs, work and design in a quotation form, via email. This will also include a lead time from start of work to point of shipping.  We may also at this point send images of mock ups or colour swatches for your approval.

Step 3: If you are happy to proceed, we will send you a bespoke email payment link, so that you can place your order and work can begin. Orders are usually completed within a 14 day period unless specific materials have to be ordered.  We will keep you informed throughout the process if this is the case.

Step 4: You sit back and get on with your life, whilst we create your beautiful piece.

Step 5: We send you a video of your piece completed for your approval.

Step 6: Your piece gets beautifully wrapped and shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked (UK only) For international customers, pieces will be shipped Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days).
